Terms of delivery

How can my parcel be delivered?

You have several options:

- Delivery at home or at work: your parcel will be delivered to an address of your choice (home or work).

With your order you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number with which you can track your package online.

 - Delivery to a collection point: your parcel will be delivered to a post office or Post Point. You can choose from more than 1,250 bpost collection points with your order. You can pick up the package at the collection point during 15 calendar days. With your order you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number with which you can track your package online. You will be notified as soon as your package is available and you will receive a reminder a few days later if you have not yet collected the package.

- Delivery to a parcel locker (only in Belgium): your parcel will be delivered to a bpost parcel locker. You can pick up the parcel in the parcel locker for 5 calendar days. With your order you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number with which you can track your package online. You will be notified as soon as your package is available and you will receive a reminder a few days later if you have not yet collected the package.

How much do the different delivery methods cost?

- Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany
Delivery at home or at work, delivery to a collection point or delivery to a parcel locker, is free with purchases from € 100.

For purchases under € 100, delivery is charged according to the purchase amount and the delivery address. The exact transport costs are indicated in your shopping cart.

- Europe Zone 1 and 2
Delivery at home or at work, delivery to a collection point or delivery to a parcel locker, is free with purchases from € 150.

For purchases under € 150, delivery is charged according to the purchase amount and the delivery address. The exact transport costs are indicated in your shopping cart.

- Outside Europe Zone 1 and 2
Delivery outside Europe Zone 1 and 2 costs €55.

What are the delivery times ? * 

Belgium: 1 to 2 business days

Netherlands: 1 to 2 business days

France: 2 to 4 business days

Luxembourg: 2 to 4 business days

Europe Zone 1 and 2 : 7 to 9 business days

Outside Europe Zone 1 and 2 : 14 to 20 business days

Nesnesi is not responsible for delays caused by adverse weather conditions or the customs clearance process.

In the event that the carrier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by you, your refusal to pay duties, multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach you at the delivery point or otherwise, Nesnesi is not responsible for paying return shipping charges or fees to resend the package. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.

For purchases outside the EU, Nesnesi is not responsible for taxes, customs fees, duties and restrictions that vary from country to country and the importation of certain products.
