Did you change your mind after placing your order?
At Nesnesi you can return your purchases within 14 days from the delivery date. Products that are returned outside that period, as well as returns where the return procedure as stated below has not been respected, will not be accepted.
How can I return my purchase?
The right of withdrawal lapses 14 days after the day on which you or a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier, is in physical possession of the good. If you have ordered several goods with the same order and those goods were delivered separately, the right of withdrawal expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier, is in physical possession of the last good.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from your purchase by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter by post or e-mail addressed to Vodovo BV, Jozef Buerbaumstraat 6, 2170 Merksem, Belgium or by email info@nesnesi.com).
You can download the model withdrawal form and send it fully completed. You will receive a written confirmation of receipt from us of your withdrawal. In order for the time span of the right of withdrawal to be observed, it is sufficient that you notify the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the period provided for the right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal is only valid under the following conditions:
the sealed packaging of the products must not be damaged or opened
the products must be complete and in their original packaging
the products must be stored in a dry place, protected from light, heat and moisture
the purchase invoice must accompany the products
Can I exchange my purchase?
You can return any product ordered via the website with a request for an exchange within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, under the following conditions:
the sealed packaging of the products must not be damaged or opened
the products must be complete and in their original packaging
the products must be stored in a dry place, protected from light, heat and moisture
the purchase invoice must accompany the products
Opened, incomplete, damaged or soiled products are not exchangeable. A product ordered via the website on the basis of a personalized order at your request cannot be returned for exchange.
Regardless of the hypothesis set out above, the recipient of a gift can make use of the option of exchange, on the understanding that in the context of a remote exchange via Nesnesi's Customer Service, no refund can be made to the recipient if of price difference. In case of an exchange of items, the original purchase will be cancelled. The payment of the new purchase will be settled by offset against the previous purchase, it being understood that the balance remains in favor of the buyer as credit, unless he contacts Nesnesi Customer Service again.
The shipping costs for returning products will only be reimbursed if the return is justified because of the non-conformity of the delivered products (wrong reference, damaged product, etc…). Nesnesi cannot be held liable in the event of loss, misdirection or delayed delivery of any product that the buyer wishes to return to the seller. The risks of the transport of your choice are your sole responsibility.
